Signs of spring

A chunk of catnip. Every year I get to dig up the new plants that pop around the 'mother' plant and send them to cat lovers around the country. This chunk is already potted up and ready to go wild in a pot or in your garden.

We are growing catnip this year in our greenhouse. I am so excited! Does the catnip plant attract cats to your garden? Either way, I was thinking of planting some of the catnip in one of the flower beds around the greenhouse.

Thanks!

ksr, we have one cat that guards the plant all summer. He rolls around and generally molests the plant, but he keeps the other cats in the neighborhood from visiting very often. It's fun to watch! :)
